Quarantine affecting different people
Covid-19 itself has a huge impact on everyone psychologically, but quarantine has an impact on everyone differently according to their personalities. But mostly, it affected people badly in different ways, especially financially. Many people lost their jobs and source of income.
When quarantine began, it looked like it is heaven for all the introverts out there yet extremely difficult for extroverts. Introverts are people who do not like to socialize a lot. For them, quarantine was like a dream coming to reality because they do not have to socialize much and prefers to spend time alone or with some people whom they know intimately. Introverts in quarantine are more energized than ever. Being introverted does not mean you do not like people, it means you just do not like to talk because it just means that doing it de-energizes you. They get moody and irritated when they do not get enough alone time. So quarantine was a great advantage for introverts to get away from crowds and interacting with people.
Whereas extroverts love socializing the most. They love hanging out with friends, doing adventurous things with people because they get the energy that way. They do not like to be isolated without any social interaction. They feel lonely and get depressed. They get to face the biggest fear of their life that is staying alone at home and not going out with friends. But they can still stay in contact with their friends through social media.
Quarantine affected extroverted people the most while introverts are enjoying their own company.
