SELF IMPROVEMENT


 

 For me, anything that helps you to grow as a conscious human begin is referred to as self-improvement. It might be a piece of art, music, words, someone’s inspiration or your internal spark too just anything that i define as self- improvement.

“’When we strive to become better than we are, everything around us becomes better too “” Nowadays, people are skillful but they don’t realize their real adept because they forgot the true meaning of success and self-improvement. Actually, we think that making enough money, loosing and gaining weight, getting awards, confidential certificates are our true self improvers but unfortunately these aren’t. We are unable to use our inner complence. Truly our attitudes, our souls, our hearts need real improvement. We should work more on ourselves than these materialistic things just don’t dwell on the past, don’t wait for life to improve itself just lighten up your inner spark by commit to habits, practices , routines and rituals that are good for your well-being. Spend quality time with yourself. Remind yourself that you are as worthy of being show up for as anyone else in life . Make yourself a priority in your own life first.

Covid-19 itself has a huge impact on everyone psychologically, but quarantine has an impact on everyone differently according to their personalities. But mostly, it affected people badly in different ways, especially financially.
